摘要
7×××合金属于Al-Zn系硬合金,多采用横轧方式生产。为提高成品率,提高轧机潜能,进行了大铸锭顺轧试验。本试验采用了不同的加热时间,不同的轧制道次和道次压下量进行了研究,对轧后表面质量和性能指标进行了对比分析,为大铸锭顺轧工业化生产提供了工艺参数。
Al- Zn Series hard alloy in 7XXX always adopts cross rolling,. Positive rolling test for large slab has been carried out in order to improve production yield and rolling mill potentiality. Heating time, rolling pass, reduction has been used in the test. Comparing surface quality with performance indicators product after rolling has been studied. It will supply process for industrialization of large slab positive rolling.
