摘要
通过对4032合金棒材的熔铸、挤压及热处理工艺进行研究,确定了合理的熔铸、挤压及热处理工艺参数及合适的变质剂,有效减少了粗大初晶硅的产生,并把铸锭气孔缺陷控制在标准范围之内,生产出了各项技术指标都符合用户要求的合格产品。
Through study on the melting and casting,extrusion and the heat treatment process of 4032 alloy bars, a reasonable melting and casting, extrusion and heat treatment process parameters and the right modifier are defined in this article. It effectively reduces the bulky whose primary silicon and controls billet defects in standard bubble scope to produce the products which technical indicators can meet user requirements.
