摘要
应用大型有限元分析软件Abaqus,对卷取机卷轴进行了有限元仿真分析计算,介绍了主要的分析步骤,得到了卷轴整体及各零件的应力分布图及最危险点,仿真计算的结果对卷轴初步设计方案的改进及优化提供了必要的参考和依据。
In this paper, a simulation analysis on [ c14] the intensity of coiler mandrel has been carried out by 3 - D elastic contact analytical method with Abaqus FEM （ Finite Element Method） software. The chief procedure has been introduced and the map of the stress distribution and the dangerousness place [ c15] have been obtained. In response to the result of the analysis[ c16], the preliminary scheme has been modified. So the analysis is require to optimization of the preliminary scheme
