Many international healthcare related codes make special provisions especially those places of life and death system of operating such as the distribution room, intensive care unit and cardiac care unit. At present, the operating room, ICU, CCU often use ＂neutral ungrounding power system＂ globally （IEC called it ＂healthcare IT system＂ or ＂isolated Power system＂ ）. The article explains the necessity of IT system, national and and international codes and IT system configuration.
