鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病30例疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿60例随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组予常规治疗;治疗组生后2~3 d给予鼠神经生长因子30μg肌内注射,每日1次,均10d为1个疗程。对患儿临床表现、生后7、14、28d行行为神经测定(NBNA)及生后3、6个月神经心理发育情况进行分析。结果与对照组比较,治疗组临床表现恢复时间明显缩短,7 d、14 d NBNA评分及3、6个月智力发育指数(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病有保护作用,能改善预后。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rat nerve growth factor on newborn with hypoxic-ische- mic encephalopathy. Methods Sixty newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were divided into routine treatment group and rat nerve growth factor treatment group randomly. Both group had 30 cases. Newborns in rat nerve growth factor treatment group were injected intramuscular after being born two or three days(30~g, per day, 10d as a treatment course). The clinical manifestations were analyzed,neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) was evaluated when the new- borns were 7,14 and 28 d. The development of neuropsychological were evaluated when the newborns were 3 months and 6 months. Results The time to restoration of clinical manifestations of rat nerve growth factor treatment group was shorter than that of routine treatment group. The score of NBNA(7 d, 14 d), mental development index (MDI) and neuropsychological de- velopment index (PDI) of 3 and 6 months in rat nerve growth factor treatment group were all obviously higher than that in rou- tine treatment group. There were obvious difference between two groups( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It demonstrated that the rat nerve growth factor could protective the on newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and improve the prognosis.
