睾丸Leydig细胞增生瘤1例

摘要 患者,26岁,1个月前因婚后不育体检,发现睾丸部位肿块,大小约1.0 cm×1.0 cm,轻压痛,质地坚硬,患侧睾丸有沉重感.查体：T 36℃,P 80次/min,BP 90/60 mmHg.超声显示：右侧睾丸内可见大小约1.4 cm×0.9 cm的稍强回声团,内回声不均匀,可见斑点状强回声,边界尚清,彩色多普勒血流成像（CDFI）示其内及周边未见明显血流信号.超声提示：右侧睾丸内实性占位,性质待定.行右侧睾丸肿块切除术,取右阴囊纵切口,长约3 cm,逐层切开皮肤、肉膜、睾丸鞘膜,于右侧睾丸与附睾交界处可见一大小约1.0 cm×1.0 cm的圆形肿块,无包膜,肿块质脆呈豆渣样,与周围组织分界尚清,完整切除肿块,送病检.病理诊断：Leydig细胞增生.
