At present,our country＇ s architecture industry has come into the market economy field and gradually conforms with the international market. The architecture industry is facing the intent competition;the profit of the enterprise gets smaller and smaller, thus the management of cost control of the project gets specially important and is more and more paid attention to by men. However, at present there exist various questions in the project control of the enterprise, which directly affect the enterprise＇ s profit, even its survive and development. So, it is necessary to carefully study the cost control of the engineering project.
