摘要
饮食文化是人类在饮食原料的获取、食品的加工、制作、食用过程中创造的技术、艺术、科学及其在饮食基础上形成的心理素质、思想意识、传统习惯、生活方式等方面表现出来的物质文明和精神文明的总称。本文对新疆饮食文化的形成与发展进行了初步的探讨和研究。
The diet culture includes the technologies, art, and science, which are created by human in the process of food of raw materials acquisition, processing, producing, and consumptions as well as aspects of material civilization and spiritual civilization which are formed on the basis of psycho- logical quality, ideology, traditional customs, and way of life. The author preliminarily studies and analyzes Xinjiang diet culture's formation and the development.
