长治久安视野下促进新疆和谐民族关系的思考

On Promoting Harmonious Ethnic Relations in Xinjiang From the Perspective of the Long-term Stability

当前新疆以中央新疆工作座谈会为契机,迎来了千载难逢的大建设大开放大发展的历史机遇,各项事业站在了一个新的起点上,然而和谐民族关系是党和国家落实各项方针政策的基础和保障,鉴于这方面考虑,结合当前新疆跨越式发展和长治久安战略的实施,提出了促进新疆和谐民族关系的几点思考。

Currently, Taking Central Working Conference on Xinjiang as a turning point, Xinjiang meets a golden historical opportunity for large-scale construction, opening and development. And various undertakings in Xinjiang stand on a new starting point, however, problcm of harmonious ethnic relations is still the basis and guarantee for the implementation of the principles and policies of the party and the country. Given consider this, and combined a precondition of the implementation of the current central Xinjiang＇s leapfrog development and long-term stability, the strategies are proposed to build harmonious ethnic relations in Xinjiang.
