墨玉县城镇化建设中的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Urbanization in Moyu County

城镇化是墨玉县目前和今后相当长一段时间内经济与社会发展的主要问题。随着农村人口不断向城镇转移,第二、三产业不断向城镇聚集,认真研究城镇化建设问题,不仅是为政府正确制定县域经济发展战略提供重要依据,也是促进县域经济发展和社会稳定的重大课题。本文研究了墨玉县城镇化建设现状、存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相关对策建议。

The urbanization is the county＇s present and future major issue of economic and secial development. With the migrating of the rural population to town ceaselessly, the second and third industries gather to town ceaselessly. Through serious study on the urbanization construction, it not only provides important basis for the government to develop prefectural and regional economic strategies, it＇s also important subject that promotes development of regional economy and social stability. This paper studies construction present situation, existing problems of the urbanization, and puts forward the related countermeasures and suggestions.
