This paper takes the further education of water conservancy members in Zhejiang province as an example, analyze theexisting problems of the water conservancy member＇s further education, according to analyzing the characteristics of the water conservancy member＇s work, the paper puts forward measures and suggestions to further promote the water conservancy member＇seducation work from update concept, innovation mode, optimize content and system guarantee aspect.
