废弃物处理及利用是目前环境岩土工程中主要研究方向之一 ,建立健全废弃物的处理及利用法则法规、开发废弃物的循环利用途径以及建立封闭的资源流系统至关重要 .文章比较详细地阐述了国内外废弃物的处理利用现状及最终处置方法 .

The main content of environmental geotechnology is summarized.A vast amount of waste is generated with rapid industrialization,which causes a serious threat to the development of human beings.At present,the problem of treatment and utilization of waste is considered to be one of the most concerned problems in environmental geotechnical engineering in the world,particularly in developed countries.So,it is very important to formulate laws of disposal and utilization of waste,to exploit ways of recycling use of waste and to establish a closed resource flow system.In this paper,the present state of treatment and utilization of waste both at home and abroad is introduced.
