摘要
介绍塑性流体水泥浆的流变性及确定水泥浆主要流变参数的一般方法 ;分析旋转式粘度计与漏斗式粘度计在测定水泥浆塑性粘度、表观粘度时的区别 ,说明漏斗式粘度计在使用上的局限性 ;针对粘聚力 (动切力 )的测定进行分析 ,认为粘聚力与动切力为不同的概念 .通过对水泥浆流变性分析 ,提出水泥浆充填机理 ,并对影响水泥浆扩散的主要因素 ,即粘度影响水泥浆在节理裂隙中向前扩散的速度 ,动切力限制水泥浆扩散距离作了说明 .
The article introduces cement slurry rheological characteristics and the method of determining the main parameters for cement slurry rheological characteristics,and analyses the difference between the rotation type and funnel type of viscometers in measuring plastic viscosity and apparent viscosity of cement slurry,and then the limitation of the funnel type of viscometer is described.The difference between rigidity and yield value is pointed out.Finally through analysis of cement slurry rheological characteristics,the cement slurry filling mechanism is proposed,and the main factors affecting cement slurry are studied.
