摘要
介绍了专业教学团队的内涵、特征与特色,教育部关于高职高专国家级教学团队的基本要求,以及专业教学团队的构成,在实践中进行了探索。
The paper intoduces the content, features and characteristics of higher vocational eugineering specialty teaching team, the basic reguirements of the team of the national ministry of education, and the composition of the team, and explores about the team construction of structure.
