橡胶沥青应力吸收层在石家庄南三环辅道中的应用

摘要 针对目前我国沥青路面面层普遍存在的反射裂缝问题,设计了3cm厚度的ARAC-10级配的橡胶沥青混合料,并在石家庄南三环辅道上进行了成功的应用,得出ARAC-10橡胶沥青混合料作为应力吸收层具有很好的强度、抗水损害性能、高温抗车辙性能和疲劳性能,应用方面具有很好的拌合、储存运输、摊铺等性能,路面设计上有效地降低了路面厚度,节省了材料成本。在对比中发现,若适当添加纤维,会使路用性能得到更进一步的提升。ARAC-10橡胶沥青应力吸收层是一种性价比很高的层间材料,具有很好的应用前景。 For the current prevalence of asphalt road surface reflection crack problem,3 cm thickness ARAC-10 graded asphalt rubber mixture is designed,and a successful application is achieved on the south third circuit subsidiary road of Shijiazhuang. The results show that ARAC-10 asphalt rubber technology has a good strength,high temperature, resist-moisture damage performance and fatigue performance as stress-absorbing layer. While in field utility, it has very good performance on production,mixing,storage,transportation and paving,and effectively reduces the thickness of the road when designing, which saves material costs.And in contrast, it is found that when adding fiber appropriately, the road performance will get further improved.h is proved that ARAC-10 asphalt rubber mixture used as stress- absorbing layer is a highly cost-effective layer material, which has good prospects.
