同步碎石防水粘结层在水泥混凝土桥面体系中的应用

Application of Synchronous Surfase Dressing in Concrete Bridge Deck

同步碎石封层是一种主要用于改善抗滑性能和防渗性能的磨耗层,一般主要作为路面封层。文章创新性地将同步碎石封层作为桥面防水粘结层应用于桥面铺装体系中。以室内试验为基础,分析了不同类型防水粘结层的性能优势,同时结合实体工程,从原材料质量要求、施工工艺等角度探讨了桥面同步碎石防水粘结层的技术特点,应用结果表明:同步碎石防水粘结层在桥面铺装体系中应用效果良好,可为类似工程提供新的思路和参考。

Synchronous surface dressing （SSD） ,as a wearing course,has usually been used in seal coat of road which is able to improve the property of anti-skid and impermeability. In this paper,SSD is applied innovatively into bridge deck waterproofing. Based on results of lab tests, two differnet waterproofing technologies have been investigated. Meanwhile, combined with an actual project, technical features of SSD have been studied. The application results show SSD play a good role in bridge deck pavement and can be promoted in similar projects.
