摘要
通过对现有国内外桥梁抗震设计规范、设计技术标准及部分工程设计实例等的调研,介绍了国内外桥梁抗震设计规范的发展概况,并比较分析了各国抗震设防目标及分类、设防标准等。认为:不同国家的抗震设计规范在总体上有相似之处,然而由于各国国情不同,其规范条文具有明显的本国特点及区域特征,抗震设计理念及分析方法也存在着差异。我国现行规范虽对抗震设计提出了新的要求和标准,但与国际抗震设计水平仍有一定距离。在综合对比的基础上,文章提出了对我国现行抗震设计规范修订具有参考意义的建议。
This paper introduces the development of domestic and foreign seismic code for bridges. Through the investigation of current seismic code for bridges, related technology standard and project design examples, it studies the evolution process, content and methods, seismic fortification target and classification ,fortification standard, specific calculation method of vibration isolations and so on. It is concluded that seismic code of different countries are similar in general,however,clauses varies according to different national conditions,as well as designing idea and analytic approach. In spite of new requirements and standards are put forward in China's seismic code,there's still some distance to international level. In contrast, some proposals are present which be reference value to the revise for China's current seismic design code.
