真空负压静脉采血操作中存在的问题与对策

Existing Problems and countermeasures in vacuum venous blood collection operation

目的:探讨护士真空负压静脉采血操作中存在的问题与对策。方法:应用分层随机抽样方法,调查了本院76名护士,比较不同学历、职称护士的操作成绩、合格率及存在问题。结果:76名护士的真空负压静脉采血术考核成绩平均(86.23±7.75)分,合格率85.5%,存在的主要问题有病人病情评估欠完整、对检验项目知识及根据病情健康教育不足等。结论:提倡双人核对,加强临床护士全面评估的意识及能力,加强关键实施环节,以及检验相关理论知识的培训,可提高护士真空负压静脉采血操作的护理质量。

To explore the problem of existence and countermeasures nurses in vacuum venous blood collection operation.Methods：Using stratified random sampling method,investigated the Institute 76 nurses,comparison of different degree,titles of nurses operating performance,qualified rate and the existing problems.Results：76 nurses vacuum venous blood collection for assessment scores（86.23± 7.75）,a pass rate of 85.5%,the main problems with patient assessment,incomplete inspection project according to the condition of health education knowledge and inadequate.Conclusion：Advocating double check,strengthen the comprehensive evaluation of clinical nurses′ consciousness and ability,strengthen the key steps of implementation,and inspection related theoretical knowledge of the training,can improve the nurse vacuum venous blood collection operation nursing quality.
