临床护士月经期发生护理缺陷的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of clinical nurses occurred nursing defects in menstrual period

目的:调查临床护士月经期发生护理缺陷情况。方法:对120名临床护士月经期发生护理缺陷情况进行问卷调查。结果:120名护士月经期平均每日发生护理缺陷次数较非月经期明显增高;月经期有自觉症状者护理缺陷次数与无自觉症状者相比有显著性差异。结论:临床护士月经期比非月经期更易发生护理缺陷,需引起临床护士及护理管理者的重视。

Objective：To investigate the nursing-defect probability of clinical nurses when they are in the period of menstruating.Methods：The circumstance of 120 nurses′ menstruating and nursing-defect probability were investigated by the questionnaires.Results：The average frequency about nursing-defect of 120 nurses in the period of menstruating was higher than not in the period of menstruating.The average frequency about nursing-defect of nurses with subjective symptoms was significant diferent than without subjective symptoms.Conclusions：The manifest was found that nurses in the period of menstruating made nursing-defect more frequently than not in the period of menstruating.Clinical nurses and administers should place importance on it.
