武警部队卫生专业士官晋级培训需求调查与对策研究

Investigation of requirement and countermeasure research to upgrade medical sergeants of Chinese people′ armed police force

目的:了解武警部队卫生专业士官晋级培训需求并提出培训对策。方法:调查来自武警部队不同工作岗位的119名卫生专业士官,采用问卷调查的方式对培训需求的24个项目进行调查。结果:卫生专业士官对培训的总体需求较高,特别是在现场急救中的自救互救知识、训练伤防护知识、理疗技术、心理健康等方面知识需求程度更高,不同承担任务的卫生专业士官,知识需求有差异。结论:针对卫生专业士官的培训需求,应结合各岗位的实际情况,科学地设置训练内容,并选择恰当的培训方式,注重引导,培养适合新军事变革需求的新型卫生人才。

Objective：To understand the medical sergeants upgrade training needs and propose training solutions.Methods：We investigate 119 medical sergeants that come from different vocations.We used questionnaire survey on training needs of 24 projects.Results：The medical sergeants have higher demands,especially in the fields of first aid knowledge,injury prevention knowledge,physiotherapy technology,and psychological health knowledge,different professional non-commissioned officers have different needs.Conclusion：According to the needs of training,we should combine with the actual situations,set scientific training,selecte appropriate training methods and focuse on guidance,can be train talents for new military revolution.
