武警部队护理士官学员学习压力分析与对策研究

摘要 目的:通过调查问卷了解护理士官学员压力的感受、表现和原因,从而找出有效方法和对策,以减少学员的心理疾患,确保安全稳定。方法:采取整群抽样法,选择2009级229名学员为调查对象,分别对在校期间的压力感受、压力来源、压力形成的主要原因、压力得不到解决产生的不良影响、自我化解方式、与人交谈对象、得到他人帮助情况及找心理医师情况进行了调查。结果:229名学生认为在校期间的压力感受较大。压力的来源主要有学习占86.46%,队里活动过多占46.29%,其他占43.23%,就业占41.92%。压力形成的主要原因分别为个人能力不足37.12%,生活节奏过快35.81%,学习竞争加剧35.81%,缺乏交流29.69%和排解渠道不畅。精神压力得不到解决会制约学习、影响正常生活和与同学关系紧张。面对压力时自我化解方式多采用听音乐、聊天和散步形式。面对压力与人交谈的对象依次为同学、战友和父母。当遇到压力时得到队领导和周围人们帮助较多。没有时间找心理医师和心理咨询机构化解压力。结论:武警部队护理士官学员压力感受较大,学习是压力产生的主要来源,应建立相关的社会支持系统,以减少压力带来的不良影响,实现确保提高教学质量、确保安全稳定的目标。 Objective:Through the methods of questionnaire survey care pressures about the nursing officer students′ feel,performance and causes,and to find effective methods and measures in order to reduce the student's psychological disorders and to ensure security and stability.Methods:Using cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted amang 229 students in grade 2009 to determine their during the school′s perception of stress,sources of stress,the main reason of pressure form,the adverse effects of pressure unresolved,self-resolve ways,and the objects of conversation,get someone to help the situation and find a psychiatrist to conduct.Results:229 students during the school experience greater stresses.The main source of stress was study which accounted for 86.46%,the team event too much accounted for 46.29%,others accounted for 43.23%,the employment accounting for 41.92%.The main reasons of the pressure formation were lack of capacity for individuals accounted for 37.12%,fast pace of life accounted for 35.81%,learning competition accounted for 35.81%,lack of communication accounted for 29.69% and the resolve channels are poor.The stress are unsolved will affect learning,normal life and strained relations with fellow students.The ways to resolve themselves when the face of pressure to use more methods of listening music,chatting and walking.They face the pressure choice people to talk to them,the object by turns are classmates,comrades,and parents.When the face pressures to get help from team leaders are more.They was no time to find a psychiatrist and counseling agencies to resolve the pressure.Conclusion:People′s Armed Police Force nursing soldier offices feel more pressure,learning is the main source of stress which should be established social support systems to reduce the adverse effects of stress,to achieve to ensure improved quality of teaching,to ensure security and stability.
