摘要
目的:探讨"优质护理服务"病房出院患者满意度。方法:应用自行设计的问卷电话调查164名"优质护理服务示范病房"出院患者满意度并分析相关因素。结果:优质护理总体满意度得分为(9.17±1.92)分。结论:通过对患者满意度进行调查,及时发现工作中的不足,并采取相应的措施积极改进,更好地为患者提供优质的护理服务。
Objective:To evaluate the patient satisfaction survey discharge from "high quality nursing service" ward.Methods:To make self-designed questionnaires telephone survey 164 patients discharge from high-quality nursing service demonstration wards and to analysis of relevant factors.Result:The overall satisfaction of the patients discharged from high quality nursing ward was(9.17±1.92).Conclusion: Discovered the shortage of the work timely and then taking appropriate measures to improve our work and provide high quality nursing service patients by satisfaction surveys.
