摘要
对ARM芯片S3C2440与NAND Flash存储器进行了设计,实现了大容量NAND Flash在嵌入式系统中的应用.实验测试表明,该设计成功实现了读、写和擦除功能.
Application of large-capacity NANI） Flash memorizer has been implemented in embedded system based on the design of ARM core chip S3C2440 and NAND Flash memorizer. The result of ex- periment shows the design can realize reading, writing and erasing function successfully.
