山东省承接服务业国际转移与产业结构升级的理论与实证

Theory and Demonstration of Undertaking the International Transfer of Service Industry and Upgrading Industrial Structure in Shandong Province

分析了服务业国际转移促进承接地产业结构升级的传导机制,并用山东省1990-2009年的相关数据检验了承接服务业国际转移对山东省产业结构升级的总效应,结果表明:承接服务业国际转移对我省产业结构升级存在着正的影响,但效果并不是很显著。因此,还需在制度、人才、技术等方面做进一步调整与改革。

This paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of international transfer of service industry can im- prove the undertaking place＇s upgrading of industrial structure. Furthermore,the result of testing by using 1990- 2009 data indicates that the effect of undertaking the international transfer of service industry to Shandong province＇ s upgrading of industrial structure is positive but not obvious. Therefore,further adjustments and reformations on institution, talent, and technology and so on are necessary.
