七星关城区流仓河阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠的测定

Study on the Determination of Anionic Surfactant SDBS in Liucang River of Qixingguan Area

对亚甲蓝比色法测定阴离子表面活性剂的国标方法进行了改进,并将其应用于七星关区生活废水中阴离子表面活性剂的检测。结果表明,此方法加标回收率可达99.9%,检出下限达到0.014mg/L,远低于国标方法的检出下限0.05mg/L,并且具有简便快速、试剂用量少的优点,进一步说明该方法可行,值得推广。

The methylene blue colorimetry method, a national standard method to determine anionic surfactants, was improved and applied to the determination of anionic surfactants in life waste water in Qi Xing Guan Area. The result, with 99.9% recovery rate and lower limit of 0.014mg/L far lower than 0.05mg/L produced by national standard method, showed its simple .and less reagents used character, its feasibility and worthy of popularization.
