摘要
目前河南油田现场还没有适应于套管刮削后洗井保护管柱,在一定程度上影响了洗井效率和效果,而曾用过的洗井保护阀因起下管柱时阻力负荷大、与套管壁磨损严重、影响密封洗井效果等原因没有在现场得到应用和推广,为了更好提高洗井效果,防止油层污染,缩短洗井后油井生产恢复期,研究设计了低压油井洗井保护工艺管柱。
At present in henan oilfield there is no tubular column adapted to the casing well after washing scraping,which affected the efficiency and effectiveness in the well-flushing to a certain extent,and because of the load resistance to abrasion and the severe worn with casing wall,the cleaning-out service oil protective valve once used has not been applied and promoted.In order to improve the well-flushing effect,prevent oil pollution and shorten the period from the well-flushing to oil production,the cleaning-out service oil protection tubular column for the low-pressure oil well was designed.
