摘要
介孔分子筛是一种孔径介于微孔与大孔之间的新型材料,具有显著的止血、抗微生物作用,广泛应用于药物控释载体,并能实现靶向作用。本文查阅近年的文献资料,为其在医药领域中的应用进行综述,对其进一步开发研究提供科学依据。
Mesoporous molecular sieves was a new material in the aperture between the microporous and macroporous, which had significant hemostatic, anti-microbial effect. Mesoporous materials had been widely employed as carriers for controlled drug release and achieved targeted drug delivery. The application of messoporous molecular sieves in recent literatues was reviewed which could provide the scientific basis for the research, development and application of mesoporous molecular sieves in future.
