摘要
电信运营商在建立基站并分配服务频率的过程中应使得各基站的服务频率要尽量不与周围基站的服务频率相近,以减少通话过程中的干扰。文章首先介绍了该算法设计的目的,进而设计了电信分配服务频率的最优化方案,并用C语言进行了具体实现,算法结果正确,违约值低。
In order to reduce the interference in the communication process, telecom operators should make the service frequency of each base station try not to close frequency of the surrounding base stations during the establishment of base stations and distribution service frequency. The paper firstly introduced the algorithm design purpose, and then designed the telecommunications distribution of services and frequency optimization; Finally, the article used C language to realization. The algorithm's result is correct, and default value is low.
