长株潭城市群主体功能区划分研究

Study on the Division of Major Functional Zones in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

在《全国主体功能区规划》对长株潭城市群"重点开发区"功能定位的框架下,从资源环境承载力、现有开发密度和发展潜力三方面选取18个指标,构建长株潭城市群主体功能区划分指标体系,运用熵权法、多目标线性加权函数法等数理方法,结合当地实际,将长株潭城市群划分为优化开发区、重点开发区、一般开发区、限制开发区、禁止开发区五类主体功能区,并提出各功能区的发展方向与建设策略。

In 《 National planning of major functional zones》, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is oriented as ＂key development region＂. Based on the background, at first, this paper built a major functional zoning indicators system of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, which is opted from resources and environmental carrying capacity, existing development density and development potential, and constituted by 18 indicators. Then, this paper integrated use entropy weight method, multiobjective linear weighting function method and other mathematical methods, combined with the actual con- dition of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, and divided Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan ur- ban agglomeration into 5 types of major functional zones：optimization development zone,key development zone, general development zone, restricted development zone and prohibited development zone. At last, this paper put forward the construction and development trend of each major functional zone.
