基于低碳经济视角的中国城乡一体化模式探讨

Research on Urban-Rural Integration Model in China from the View of Low-Carbon Economy

在分析和归纳现有低碳城市模式的基础上,用定量分析法探讨中国低碳的城乡发展道路。结果表明,中国要走低碳的城乡发展道路,就应当合理制定城乡规划,开发低碳能源供应网络,推动低碳产业发展,构建合理的产业结构和能源消费结构,实现清洁生产和资源循环利用,普及绿色建筑和绿色交通,打造适应生态和人居的合理布局。研究结论:从低碳经济视角研究中国的可持续的城乡发展模式是个复杂的问题,应将低碳转型与城乡一体化的发展相结合,实现可持续发展。

To explore the urban-rural integration model in China from the view of low-carbon economy and achieve the goal of sustainable development, qualitatively method was used to explore the pathways of low-carbon development of urban and rural in China based on analysis and sumarize of current low-carbon city model. The results indicated that scientific planning of urban-rural, developing low-carbon energy supply network, promoting low-carbon industrial, constructing reasonable indus- trial structure and energy consumption structure, realizing clean production and resources recycling, popularizing green archi-tecture and transportation, and building rational ecological and residential layout were necessary for walking along the path- ways of low-carbon development of urban and rural in China. It was a complex issue to discuss Chinese sustainable urban-rural development model from the view of low-carbon economy. The integration of low-carbon transformation should be com- bined with urban-rural development to realize sustainable development.
