Why are Women More Likely Than Men to Develop Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

摘要 在心力衰竭患者中，大约一半患者收缩功能保留，这类心力衰竭被称为射血分数保留的心力衰竭。目前，射血分数下降的心力衰竭发病率呈下降趋势，但射血分数保留的心力衰竭发病率却在上升。临床研究表明女性比男性更容易发展为射血分数保留的心力衰竭，但是，导致男女差异的原因尚不清楚。本文试图从心血管的结构、功能及储备能力的性别差异阐述女性更易患射血分数保留的心力衰竭。
