摘要
从安全"safety"角度深入分析研究应急电源的内涵,强调应急电源是基于安全"safety"考虑而增设的专用电源;呼吁供配电系统应慎用"应急"二字并停止误用;提示应在重新认识应急电源的基础上,反思供配电系统的设计以及在工程建设中的实际应用。
In-depth analysis of electric source for safety services is conducted from a ＂safety＂ viewpoint and stress is laid on the fact that electric source for safety services is specially installed for the purpose of ＂ safety＂. In addition, it is recommended that ＂ emergency＂ should be used with caution in power supply ＆ distribution system and misusage should be stopped and design of power supply ＆ distribution system as well as its application to engineering design should be rethought based on in-depthly understand of electric source for safety services .
