摘要
根据TTL六值门电路有 5个信号检测阈值的特点 ,借鉴二值门电路的置阈方法 ,设计了 1种TTL六值“与非”门电路和 1种七态门电路 .这 2个电路均通过实验证明 :电路工作稳定 ,性能可靠 ,且具有驱动负载能强等特点 .
A TTL six value And Not gate circuit and a seven state gate circuit have been designed based on the feature of having five signal detection threshold values for TTL six value gate circuit and the method to set the region for two value gate circuit.The experiments for these two circuits show that they can work reliably,steadily,and effectively.
