摘要
为探讨干旱对百脉根种质材料种子萌发特性的影响,采用不同浓度PEG-6 000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,研究了5个百脉根种质种子萌发过程中各萌发指标和幼苗生长指标随干旱胁迫强度增加的变化情况,并利用隶属函数法综合评价了各种质材料的抗旱性。结果表明:1)干旱胁迫对百脉根种质种子的萌发具有明显的抑制作用,其中对幼苗生长势和种子萌发速度的影响大于对发芽能力的影响。2)百脉根种质B01到B05的半致死干旱胁迫强度分别为-0.54Mpa、-0.79Mpa、-0.72Mpa、-1.30Mpa和-1.00Mpa。3)利用隶属函数法综合评价百脉根种质材料种子萌发期抗旱性大小顺序为B04>B05>B03>B02>B01。
To explore the effect of drought on seed germination characteristics of L. corniculatus germplasm resources, the change of germination indexes and germ growth indexes of five L. corniculatus materials treated with various concentrations of PEG solution was studied. Meanwhile, the drought resistance of various materials was comprehensively evaluated by the method of membership function. The results showed that: 1) the seed germination of five L. corniculatus materials treated with different concentrations of PEG solution was significantly inhibited, and the effected degree of seedling growth potential and seed germination speed were higher than germinating ability. 2) The halflethal drought stress intensity of the five L. corniculatus materials B01 to B05 were-0. 54 Mpa, -0. 79 Mpa, -0.72Mpa, --1.30 Mpa and -- 1. 00 Mpa, respectively. The drought resistance ability of the five L. corniculatus materials in germination period was B04〉B05〉B03〉B02〉B01.
