独山瓜馥木叶挥发油的主要成分及其抗肿瘤活性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了进一步深入研究独山瓜馥木的药理作用,挖掘其药用价值,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取独山瓜馥木挥发油,运用GC-MS分析其主要成分。结果表明:独山瓜馥木主要成分为β-水芹烯(24.3%)、香叶烯-D(8.4%)、反式β-石竹烯(6.1%)和氧化石竹烯(4.5%),挥发油对K562、S-180和A549细胞株的IC50分别为22.5μg/mL,34.2μg/mL和64.4μg/mL;采用S180细胞株复制小鼠肿瘤模型,挥发油在剂量为80mg/kg、128mg/kg和204mg/kg时的抑瘤率分别为30.4%、49.6%和64.2%。 The essential oil of the fresh leaves of F. cavaleriei was hydro-distilled and analyzed by GC- MS to learn about its pharmacological effects in further and excavate its medicinal value. The results showed that the main constituents of the essential oil were β-Phellandrene (24. 3%), Germacrene-D (8.4%), β-Caryophyllene (6.1%) and Caryophyllene Oxide (4.5%). The essential oil exhibited potent eytotoxie activities with-IC50-values of 22.5μg/mL, 34.2μg/mL, and 64.4 μg/mL for K562, S-180 and A549 cells respectively. The in vivo antitumor activity of the essential oil was also evaluated using Sarcoma-180 tumor model. The tumor inhibition rates were 30.4%, 49.6%, and 64. 2% for the oil at dosages of 80 mg/kg, 128 mg/kg and 204 mg/kg respectively.
