摘要 为了探讨杂交油菜品种黔黄油21号在贵州省油菜主产区的优质高产配套栽培技术,采用旋转回归试验设计,研究了密度、氮、磷、钾、硼肥施用量对黔黄油21号产量和品质性状的影响关系。结果表明:影响黔黄油21号产量的主要因素是施氮量和种植密度,并建立了产量指标与各因素之间的回归数学模型,得出了黔黄油21号获得180kg/667m2以上产量水平的优化栽培模式为密度9 414~9 814株/667m2、施纯N15.8~16.7kg/667m2、P2O5施用量8.4~9.1kg/667m2、K2O施用量12.1~13.3kg/667m2、B施用量0.3~0.4kg/667m2;同时黔黄油21号商品籽粒的品质指标为芥酸含量<1%,硫甙含量<25μmol/g,含油量44%~47%,优于国家双低油菜籽标准。 For seeking the cultivation technique with high yield and good quality of hybrid rape variety Qianhuangyou 21 in the main planting region in Guizhou Province, quadratic regression design with five factors that density and application levels of N, P, K, B were chosen as the variants for influencing yield and quality of Qianhuangyou 21. The results showed that application amount of N and density were the main controlling factors influencing the yield. And a quadratic regression model between the main factors and yield was established. Then the model showed that the suitable cultivating technique of the excellent combination for more than 180 kg per 667m2 of yield were density 9 414-9 814 plants, N 15.8-16.7 kg, P2O5 8. 449.1 kg,K2O 12.1-13.3 kg and B 0.3-0.4 kg per 667m2. And the contents of erucic acid, glucosinolate and oil were %1% ,%25μmol/g and 44% -47 %, respectively.
