摘要
为了探明威宁芜菁甘蓝饲喂奶牛的饲用技术和应用效果,采用在奶牛日粮中添加威宁芜菁甘蓝的方法进行比较试验。结果表明:采用6kg精料+10kg威宁芜菁甘蓝+5kg青贮+25kg青草、5kg精料+15kg威宁芜菁甘蓝+10kg青贮+25kg青草2种饲料配比方式能显著提高奶牛的产奶量,且乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖和干物质的含量变化不大,乳脂量和干物质采食量显著增加,乳蛋白量极显著增加,体细胞数显著下降。结论:在日粮中添加威宁芜菁甘蓝可增加奶牛的产奶量和养殖经济效益。
To explore the feeding technology and application effects of B. napobrassica from Weining in feeding cow, a comparative test was conducted by adding B. napobrassica from Weining in dairy cow's daily ration. The results showed that the two feed formulas, fine material 6 kg+B, napobrassica from Weining 10 kg+silage 5 kg+green grass 25 kg and fine material 5 kg+B, napobrassica from Weining 15 kg+silage 10 kg+green grass 25 kg, could all significantly enhance the milk yield and quality with little change of butter-fat percentage, lactoprotein percentage, lactose content and dry matter content. Meanwhile, the butterfat production and DMI content were increased significantly, milk protein yield was increased very significantly. However, the somatic cell count was decreased significantly. Conclusion: Adding B. napobrassica from Weining in dairy cow's daily ration could improve the milk yield and the economic benefits.
