摘要
针对等离子熔覆产生Fe3Al金属间化合物过程中,不同板材温度对熔覆过程中的表面质量、组织形态及影响规律进行了研究,研究发现随着熔覆过程中温度的增加,熔覆层颗粒越来越细小,熔覆层组织中的Fe3Al晶须的数量和大小有所增加。并通过熔覆层硬度分析得出板材温度控制在80℃时组织维氏硬度能达到铁基的1.67倍。
In this paper,we study on the influence of the plate temperature on the surface quality and composition of Fe3Al inter- metallic compound and its trend during the PTA (Plasma Transferred Are) process.With the increase of the temperature of the test plate,the granular size of the coatings decreases,while both the quantity and size of the Fe3Al whiskers in the coatings increases.By analyzing the hardness of the coatings,it is found that when the plate temperature is controlled at 80 ℃ ,the hardness value of the inter-metallic compound is 1.67 times of the value of the Fe-based material.
