摘要
采用ARM7TDMI-S内核的LPC2131微处理器设计了一种全数字化控制的脉冲MIG电弧焊逆变电源。选择送丝速度作为其他焊接参数控制的基准。介绍了时序控制、双边沿数字PWM脉冲的产生、A/D转换、中断保护等功能的流程及设置方法。介绍了双闭环控制进行实时调节焊接电流和燃弧电压的过程。对全数字化焊接电源的研究和开发具有参考价值。
Designed a kind of digital pulse MIG welding inverter power supply based on microprocessor LPC2131 with the centre of ARM7TDMI-S.In the design,the author selected full-bridge inverting circuit and centralized adjustment mode,selected weld parameters by given the wire feed rate. Produced the functions of sequential control program, pulse width modulation program,A/D conversion program, interrupt protection program.Adjust current and voltage timely by double closed-loop control.It provided reference value for studying and developing of digital welding power supply.
