摘要
为筛选适宜非洲菊切花的保鲜剂,以非洲菊娇艳的切花为试验材料,研究不同保鲜剂配方对其保鲜效果和瓶插寿命的影响。结果表明:所用4种保鲜剂均能不同程度地延长非洲菊切花的瓶插寿命,最佳保鲜剂配方为2%蔗糖+200mg/L 8-HQS+50mg/L硝酸银+50mg/L硫酸铝,保鲜时间可达22.7d。
To screen the preservatives on cutting flowers, the fresh-keeping effects and vase-life of different preservative formulas on cutting G. jamesonii were studied. The results showed that all the four kinds of preservatives could prolong the vase-life in different degree. Among them the formula of 2% sucrose+200 mg/L 8-HQS+50 mg/L AgNO3 +50 mg/L Al2 (SO4)3 was the best treatment with the fresh-keeping time of as long as 22.7 days.
