ZG35SiMn钢与20g焊接工艺

摘要 在某还原铁项目中,冷却窑的轮带和筒体采用焊接连接,筒体材质为20g,轮带材质为ZG35SiMn。通过分析两种材料的可焊性可知,ZG35SiMn可焊性较差,20g可焊性较好。为避免焊接裂纹的产生,在两种被焊金属之间加入过渡层,首先采用A402焊条在轮带上施焊,然后用A507焊条将筒体和A402焊成一体,焊接方法采用短道焊。实践证明,采取这种工艺方法取得了良好效果。 In a reduced iron project, cooling kiln of the tyre and shell welding connection, shell material of 20g, belting leather material for ZG35SiMn.Thmugh the analysis of two kinds of material weldability, it is known that ZG35SiMn weldability is poorer, 20g weldability is better.To avoid welding crack generation,was added transition layer between two solderable metal, first using Ag02 electrode in the tyre was welding, and then use A507 electrode will barrel and A402 welding into an organic whole, using short track welding.Practice has proven that taking this process method makes good effect.
