摘要
介绍了南京大胜关长江大桥焊接工艺评定试验,其主要母材Q420qE为焊接桥梁结构用新型材料,可供参考的经验很少。对全桥涉及Q420qE钢的接头形式和板厚进行归纳,选取典型焊缝进行焊接工艺评定试验,包括4组对接焊缝、2组熔透角焊缝、4组坡口角焊缝、2组T形角焊缝的焊接工艺评定试验。选择了匹配的焊接材料并制定严格的焊接工艺。焊后进行外观检验及超声波探伤,达到技术要求规定。通过力学性能试验,表明接头力学性能达到标准要求,低温冲击韧性有较高储备。
The welding procedure qualification tests of Nanjing Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge are introduced in this paper.The main base metal-Q420E is a new type bridge steel and less experience can be use for reference.4 sets of butt joint,2 sets of T-butt joint,4 sets of partial penetration joints and 2 sets of fillet joints are selected based on the thickness and the typical joint.Visual and ultrasonic testing had been done on all those joint and no defect was found.The mechanical properties fulfill the requirements and higher reserve was got for low temperature impact values.This paper can be the reference for the relevant projects.
