摘要
介绍了石门电厂 1 # 炉蒸发受热面水冷壁管环向裂纹失效情况 ,分析了因水质问题引起蒸发受热面结垢与火焰贴墙是产生裂纹的主要原因 ,提出了处理对策 .
The situation about that the evaporating heating area waterwall of the No.1 boiler in Shimen power plant is infoodnced. Proces circular cracks and loses efficacy are analysed.It is found out that the evaporating heating area producing scale caused by the water quality and flame adhering to the wall are the main causes of cracking,and ways to handle the situation are proposed.
