摘要
概述了超声冲击处理对于焊接接头各方面的影响以及研究进展,提出了超声冲击法在今后的研究方向。超声冲击处理不仅可以降低焊趾部位的应力集中,调整焊接残余应力场,而且能够细化晶粒,提高焊接接头的疲劳性能以及耐磨性等,展示了焊接接头超声冲击处理的研究意义与应用前景。
Effections and research progress of welding joint treated by ultrasonic impact treatment were summarized and a research direction of ultrasonic impact treatment in the future was put forward.Ultrasonic impact treatment could not only reduce the stress concentration in the weld toe and adjust welding residual stress field,but also refine the grain,improve fatigue performance and corrosion resistance performance.So it showed the research significance and application in the future of welded joint treated by ultrasonic impact treatment.
