摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,21世纪的教育必将迎来全面的变革。2011年10月,韩国教育科学技术部发布了《通往人才大国之路:推进智能教育战略施行计划》。提出全面推行智能教育,实现人才强国之梦。探讨韩国智能教育战略的内涵、举措、推进体系及愿景等问题,有利于我国的教育信息化改革。
With the rapid development of information and technology, the education reform in the 21st cen- tury will be comprehensive. South Korea＇s Ministry of Education, Science and Technology released ＂A Pathway to a Great Country with Talents; Promoting the SMART Education Strategy Programme＂ in October of 2011, with which South Korea would implement SMART education from every aspect and ful- fill the dream of strong country with talent. It is meaningful for China＇s education informationalization reform to analyze the issues such as the connotation, the specific measure, the related promotion system, and the vision of South Korea＇s SMART education strategy.
