摘要 分析了制定ATML标准的背景、目的及模型结构,并且对构成ATML标准所有子模型定义方法和表示方式进行了说明,其中主要包括通用要素模型(Common)、测试结果和会话信息模型(TRML)、诊断模型(DML)、测试描述模型(TDML)、仪器描述模型(IDML)、测试配置模型(TCML)、UUT描述模型(UDML)、测试站模型(TSML)及测试适配器模型(TAML)等,最后给出了ATML在自动测试系统中的应用方法,为实现武器装备各种维护级别的测试资源的共享奠定了技术基础。 Firstly, several major problems for automatic test markup language (ATML) standard are discussed, such as background, purpose, and model structure. Secondly, all the model definition methods and the expres- sion manner for ATML standard are discussed, such as common, test results and session information markup language ( TRML), diagnostics model markup language (DML), test description markup language ( TDML), in- strument description markup language ( IDML), test configuration description markup language ( TCML), UUT description markup language ( UDML), test station markup language guage (TAML). Lastly, the automatic test system application method technology foundation is supplied for the testing resources share of the ( TSML), and test adapter markup lan- of ATML standards is introduced.
