高职学生就业指导中的教育疏导探析

Exploration on Dredging Education of Employment Guidance for Student in Higher Vocational School

教育疏导所发挥的引导、敦促、激励的作用日益突出。在就业指导工作中应加强新型就业观、就业期望值、就业心理、创业能力,职业素养教育,采用就业思想教育与学生职业发展有机结合、理论教育与实践教育相结合、专业教育与思想政治教育相结合方式予以实现,并且应注重就业服务、队伍建设和环境的改善,使教育疏导工作达到有效,促进学生的就业。

The effects of guidance, promotion and encouragement made by dredging education have been becoming obvious day by day. Therefore, as employment guidance, it is necessary to strengthen new value of employment, expectation of employment, employment psychology, enterprise competence and professional quality education, by adopting the combination of employment ideological education and student＇s career employment, theory education and practice education, professional education and ideological and political education. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to employment service, team construction and environmental improvement, making dredging education more fruitful to promote employment.
