摘要
提出了XJM-S45型浮选机的关键技术参数可采用模拟放大方法确定的观点,并通过试验对比了不同叶轮转速、不同叶轮浸没深度、不同进气孔面积和不同调节环面积条件下的浮选机充气速率、充气均匀度和功率消耗的情况,找出了影响浮选机充气性能的主要因素,从而为大型浮选机的优化设计提供了依据。
The paper presents the idea of key technical parameters of XJM-S45 flotation machine can be designed by the method of analog amplification,and through the tests compared the inflation rate,the inflatable uniformity and power consumption of the flotation machine under conditions of different impeller speed,different impeller immersion depth,different stomata area and different adjustment ring area,identified the main factors that influence flotation machine inflatable performance parameters,so that provided the basis for the optimization design of large-scale flotation machine.
