摘要
分析了近年来动筛跳汰机在我国的应用情况,针对国产动筛跳汰机技术研发滞后的问题,从动力机构、急回特性、模块化设计、智能化控制等多方面提出技术方案,研究设计了新型双源动力动筛跳汰机。文章详细阐述了新型双源动力动筛跳汰机结构、工作原理及技术特点。
Analyzed the application of the movable sieve jig in China in recent years,according to the problem of lagging of technological development,presents the technical plan from aspects of power mechanism,return characteristics,modular design and intelligent control,studied and designed new dual-source driving movable sieve jig.The paper detailed described the structure,working principle and technical features of the new dual-source driving movable sieve jig.
