摘要
为了降低介耗,保证产品质量的合格,赵各庄矿选煤厂从技术和管理两方面入手,通过减少产品带介,加强磁选机回收效果,减少悬浮液中的煤泥含量,加强介质入厂检验力度,改进介质添加方式,加强管路及分选设备的检修等措施,使该厂平均介耗由原来的5.59 kg/t降低至2.01 kg/t,极大地降低了选煤成本。
To reduce the medium consumption,guarantee the quality of product,from two aspects of management and technology,Zhaogezhuang coal preparation plant taken the measures of reducing the medium entrained into product,improving the recovery effect of magnetic separator,lowing the slime concentration in suspension,enhancing the quality inspection of medium received,improving adding method of medium and strengthening the maintenance of pipeline and separation equipment,which reduced the average medium consumption from 5.59 kg/t to 2.0 kg/t,significantly reduced the coal washing cost.
